Know what "support" really means
Families are given EHCPs, reports, and plans that all describe support. But when you try to understand it all together, it's not always clear what that actually means in practice.

Support that sounds right isn't always support that works
Many plans use language like:
- "access to support"
- "regular intervention"
- "inclusive approach"
These can sound reassuring - but they don't always explain what will actually happen, how often support is delivered, or who is responsible.
A well-written plan can still hide gaps
Even when plans are structured and consistent, it can still be difficult to see:
- whether support is clearly defined
- whether provision is specific
- whether everything connects properly
Start with clarity
Today, Sendpilot helps you understand your EHCP in plain English. So you can see what support is supposed to happen, how it is described, and where things may need to be clearer.
Looking ahead
We're building Sendpilot to go further - helping you understand how support connects across all of your child's documents.
Because clarity shouldn't stop at the plan.
You can't deliver a description - only provision.
