Why I Built Sendpilot.
EHCPs are meant to support children and families.
But for many parents, they can feel confusing, overwhelming, and difficult to make sense of.
I built Sendpilot because I've been there myself.

I'm Graeme - a dad to two neurodivergent children.
At one point, I had no choice but to step away from my 20-year career in digital marketing to support my boys through the system.
Like many parents, I found myself surrounded by documents, reports, and conversations that were hard to follow - all while trying to do the best for my children.
It was exhausting at times, and often unclear what actually mattered.
Lived Experience
Every feature in Sendpilot comes from a moment where I felt lost in the system.
The turning point.
Over time, I realised something important.
The challenge wasn't just the volume of information - it was the lack of clarity. EHCPs are long, detailed documents, but they're not always easy to understand in practice.
Even with experience in communication and analysis, I still found myself asking:
- What is this actually saying?
- Is this clear enough?
- Does everything connect properly?
If I was struggling, it became clear that many other families must be facing the same experience.
What Sendpilot is
Sendpilot was built to make EHCPs easier to understand. It helps turn a long, complex document into something more structured and easier to work through.
